This is a new ‘series’ to the blog. Every so often, I’ll be doing one of these posts rounding up everything that Buddy is currently loving. Sometimes, there’ll be loads of things for me to share but sometimes, there won’t be that much… It just depends on how much of a diva he’s being at the time of writing (kidding). Just depends how often I can sit and write it!

Now that Buddy is one years old (I know, I know – post coming soon), I swear he’s just suddenly changed everything that he loves and is all just that little bit more grown up now, I can’t cope. So this is going to have bits and bobs from everywhere – snacks, TV shows, toys… and then of course – bits that I’m loving for him too! He can’t quite speak for himself yet so I’ll do it on his behalf, mum duties and all that.

Currently loves…
So, what is Buddy loving?

For clothing, obviously my doing…
La Coqueta* Spanish Clothing for Children. Oh. My. GOSH. I could spend forever on their website, imagining Buddy dressed up in the cutest little outfits. Spanish clothing seems to be super popular for babies and toddlers – especially littles boys (in my local area anyway) but to be honest, it’s not hard to see why. It was incredibly difficult to narrow down my options, but in the end I went for the Navy Tolendo Sandals* for Buddy. How. Freaking. Cute?!?!

Take the little sail down, light the little light, this is the way to the garden in the night…
We’ve all heard those famous lines before haven’t we? When I was pregnant with Buddy, we swore blind that he would NEVER watch In the Night Garden, we wouldn’t possibly allow it. Not our son and not that weird, freaky, over the top, larger than life ridiculous TV show… Oh how wrong were we? I don’t quite know what it *is* about the show but it captivates Buddy. The second he hears the music and sees those white flowers on screen, he’s silent and still, taking it all in. So we are of course, In The Night Garden lovers now… Great. He loves a cuddle with Iggle Piggle, I think he’s definitely the favourite. For his birthday, we got him a musical ITNG ball which is he obsessed with. Buddy loves balls and loves ITNG so it’s the perfect combination really. (Buddy still loves Hey Duggee the most)

They say it’s a good idea to start them off young with chores… But is this too early?

Snack wise, Buddy has been enjoying a couple bits. In particular, anything that resembles a crisp. Boy’s like his mama. Ew. Did I just say mama? Yep, yikes. Anyway, anything crisp related he will go ape for. The Kiddylicious Veggie Straws are a huge hit (for him and me) and the Ella’s Kitchen Cheese & Tomato Melty Hoops in particular seem to be his current faves. I’m not sure what it is, but since he’s hit one, his appetite has just soared! He just wants food constantly, which I guess isn’t a bad thing (although it doesn’t bode well with all the lack of food supply in stores – ty stockpilers xo) What other snacky bits do people recommend?

And that’s everything that Buddy (and me) are currently loving! Do people like this style of series? If so, I’ll do it more and go more in depth on the next one, I just kinda want to test the waters a little bit here. This post was three times longer with what Buddy got for his birthday too but I’ve decided to split it into separate posts! Anyway, let me know if this is your thing! Make sure you check out my last post – Buddy is eleven months old!
